Join the 2026 There Club Fair: January 14–20

Do you have a club in the virtual world There.com that you’d love to introduce to new members? Looking for a fun way to grow your community, showcase your creativity, and connect with others? The annual There Club Fair is just around the corner and now is the perfect time to get involved!

The 2026 Club Fair will take place at the There Fairgrounds from Wednesday, January 14th through Tuesday, January 20th. During this week-long event, clubs from across There will come together to promote their groups, host events, and welcome new members into their communities.

How to Participate in the Club Fair

Getting started is easy! Simply teleport over to the There Fairgrounds and choose an open Development Lot to set up your club booth. There are several Lot sizes available to fit your needs. To register, all you have to do is walk into an open Lot and click Rent It.

Once your Lot is rented, you can customize:

• Your Lot name
• Description and photo
• Decorations that reflect your club’s personality

Have fun creating a temporary clubhouse that highlights what makes your group unique. Be sure to drop a sign or brochure in your booth with a link to your club so visitors know exactly where to find you after the fair.

Host Events & Get Promoted

Clubs are encouraged to schedule and host events directly from their booths during the Club Fair. Invite current members to stop by, meet new faces, and network with the wider There community.

To be included in the “This Month in There” Club Fair promotion on There Central, make sure the keyword “Club Fair” appears in the event title or description of any events you’re hosting. Events using this keyword will automatically be linked from the front-page promo.

After the Fair: Lot Evictions & Refunds

At the end of the Club Fair, clubs may request to have their Lot evicted from the Fairgrounds. To do so, email Feedback@thereinc.com the subject line “Club Fair Eviction.” Please include your avatar name and a link (DOID) to your Lot.

Approved eviction requests will result in a pro-rated rental refund credited back to your account. Please note that if you choose to relinquish your Lot on your own, a partial refund will not be issued, and the full month’s rent will apply.
