Spiritus Speedway, Pod Pontius and Mackie’s Moonlit Motorway racing FunZones are all available for rent in a buy now format. They are listed for an affordable 49,000 ThereBux per month. Just walk into the FunZone and go to This Place on your menu bar. The FunZone’s details will appear and all you have to do is click “RENT IT” to start ownership of your very own racetrack.
Burn rubber and melt ice on the island of Frosty! Spiritus Speedway is a large racetrack set up on snow with beautiful sunset skies. As one of the largest racing tracks in the virtual world There.com, Pod Pontius offers a breathtaking racing experience unlike any other. Navigate through the clouds and race amidst the serene beauty of the sky, where every turn and straightaway takes you on an exhilarating journey through this floating paradise.
On the mysterious and dark island of Tyr lies Mackie’s Moonlit Motorway. Race your friends around mounds of ancient dinosaur bones to secure first place. This unique racing FunZone is set under the Milky Way and full moon, providing an eerie and thrilling backdrop for your races. Experience the adrenaline rush of high-speed competition amidst the remnants of a prehistoric world, where every race is a journey through time under the enchanting night sky.
If you build it, they will come. Customize your own racetrack for different types of vehicles like buggys, hoverpacks and hoverbikes to offer a diverse racing experience. Racers can run practice laps in order to beat the best time or race against other members on the track to place in the top three. Shop racecourse sets, course barriers, course markers and ramps in Shop Central to build the track of your dreams. Our creative Designers have also made specialize tracks and obstacles available in the Auctions.
There Games Opening Ceremony & After-Party
It’s the event we’ve all been waiting for! Join the Thereian community in welcoming back the official There Games to our virtual world There.com. Celebrate the start of the 10-day competitive events at tonight’s There Winter Games Opening Ceremony.
Join your teammates at the Winter There Games Village Colosseum at 6:00 PM Pacific/9:00 PM Eastern February 18th for the 2023 TWG Opening Ceremony. The Planning Committee will make the official announcements for the winter season and then the sixteen teams will embark on the annual torch run around the winter games statues.
The Kickoff Party is scheduled to start right after the torch run. Join your friends at 6:30 pm Pacific/9:30 pm Eastern to dance the night away and celebrate the return of There Games.
There Games competitive events begin on Sunday, February 19th and run through the 28th. The nametag color teams will compete for the gold, silver and bronze medals. Keep up on the score by visiting the official There Games scoreboard.
Everyone is invited to play and is already part of a team. The color of your name tag will tell you which team you’re on. There are sixteen name tag colors. If you are not quite sure where you belong, it’s easy to find out. Just head over to the Winter Games Welcome Center and use the handy nametag sign. When you click the sign’s action tag, it will tell you what color your nametag is and also give you a link to join your team!
There will be at least twenty competitive events per day over the next 10 days. Visit the Activities Page and search the phrase TWG to locate all of the scheduled There Games events. Choose from quests, card games, races, adventures, challenges and round up events. Sign up ahead of time for the events that sound like fun and plan your schedule accordingly. The 2023 There Winter Games official mascot is Narly Nory the narwhal. Mascot merchandise is now available in the There.com Auctions. Find Your Nametag Team for There Games
How can I join a team for There Games?
Congratulations, you are already part of a team! There are sixteen There Games teams based on the sixteen avatar nametag colors. The nametag is the colored bar over your avatar’s head where your username is displayed. Everyone has a nametag color that is randomly generated when you join There.com.
What if I can’t figure out what my nametag color is?
If you are not sure what your nametag color is, it’s easy to find out. Just head over to the Winter Games Welcome Center and find one of the handy nametag signs.
When you click the sign’s action tag, it will tell you what color your nametag is. Once you know your nametag color, find your team club listed here. Joining your team’s club is a great way to meet people, make new friends and keep up to date with what’s going on.
Do I have to join my nametag team’s club to participate in There Games?
While joining your team’s club is a great way to connect with your fellow teammates, it is not required. You can still go to There Games Events and earn points for your team. The event Hosts will be able to see which team you belong to by (you guessed it!) looking at your nametag.
Can I change my nametag color?
Yes, you can change your nametag color here. However, you can’t change your nametag color during There Games. There are specific blackout dates that you will not be able to change nametag color, February 5th through March 14th. You can change your nametag color any time before or after the blackout dates. There will be a charge of 36,000T to change your nametag color.
2023 Winter There Games
There Winter Games (TWG) is a huge 10-day series of competitive events in There that run from February 19th – 28th. Everyone is invited to play in this fun and friendly competition. Participants earn points for their team, and the team with the most points at the end takes home the gold medal! Events happen at all hours of the day and range from vehicle races to card games to quests and so much more. Whatever your interests are, you’re likely to find activities to enjoy.

2017 Winter There Games
The 3-D Virtual World There.com is gearing up for the Winter There Games starting at the end of this week! There Games are basically like the Olympics and are held in the Summer and the Winter. Thereians are divided up into sixteen teams, separated by your avatar’s name tag color. Everyone is invited to play in this fun and friendly virtual world competition.
Participants earn points for their team and the team with the most points at the end of the Winter There Games takes home a gold medal and of course bragging rights. Events happen at all hours of the day and range from buggy racing, hide and seek, trivia, card games and so much more. Whatever your interests are in our virtual community, you’re likely to find activities to enjoy with friends.
