Santa’s Village Holiday Homes Available
Oh the weather outside is frightful, but inside it’s so delightful! Cozy up next to the fire in your very own winter cabin on Frosty Island. Enjoy snow-covered terrain and the beautiful pink, purple and orange skies of this delightful island in There shaped like a snowman. Make yourself at home in a two-story winter cabin located in Santa’s Village. This lovely home offers a dining room, living room, family room and upstairs loft. Complete with outdoor lights and frozen icicles.
The snow-covered cabin is included free with the monthly rental of a one-acre Development Lot. Join the Santa’s Village Development Group first before picking out your new homestead. View the winter cabin listings to find the perfect spot. To rent a holiday cabin for the winter, step into the Lot and go to This Place on your menu bar and clicking information about For Rent. Here is a helpful article about setting up your Development Lot in the Santa’s Village Development Zone.
All tenants who rent a winter cabin in Santa’s Village between now and December 20th will be entered into a random drawing for one month of free rent. The drawing will be held on December 22nd. Tenants do not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified by ThereMail so make sure your registered email address is up to date.
You can purchase furniture, artwork and a Christmas tree from Shop Central or the Auctions to decorate your cabin for the holidays. Our Designers have created many different styles of holiday home decor for you to choose from. Once you’ve got your home decorated to your liking, you can create an event and invite your friends and new neighbors to a housewarming party.
If you’d like to build your own home from scratch, you can purchase a PAZ from Shop Central and drop it anywhere around Santa’s Village on the Island of Frosty. Pick and choose what kind of furniture and decorations you would like to have in your home.

Cross Country Racing is a weekly event held every Friday. It’s a quest, it’s a race or is it a tour?! Last week’s pirate themed Sea, Sea Arrrr is complete, but you still have a chance to earn a point towards treasure with the CCR Race Point Pirate event. Hunt for treasure in the vehicle of your choice and race against the clock for the best time. Start the race at Bananaphone and finish the race by Wednesday, September 25th to earn a point towards treasure. The event takes the participant on a race around the island of Comet. If it is a bit of a mystery to locate Pirate Island, you can visit the Adventure Quest Club to find a link to the Archipelago. Teleport to Pirate Island and look for a spot to stake your claim. It is helpful to turn on Zone boundary lines so you can see the outline of any neighboring PAZes so you can figure out where to drop your own PAZ to decorate. To turn on boundary lines click Ctrl+Shift+N three times and you should see the yellow outline of surrounding PAZes. You can purchase all different sized PAZes in Shop Central. When you locate the right size PAZ in Shop Central wander over to an open area and take your PAZ out to claim your territory.
