Spiritus Speedway, Pod Pontius and Mackie’s Moonlit Motorway racing FunZones are all available for rent in a buy now format. They are listed for an affordable 49,000 ThereBux per month. Just walk into the FunZone and go to This Place on your menu bar. The FunZone’s details will appear and all you have to do is click “RENT IT” to start ownership of your very own racetrack.
Burn rubber and melt ice on the island of Frosty! Spiritus Speedway is a large racetrack set up on snow with beautiful sunset skies. This unique racing FunZone is set under the Milky Way and full moon, providing an eerie and thrilling backdrop for your races. Experience the adrenaline rush of high-speed competition amidst the remnants of a prehistoric world, where every race is a journey through time under the enchanting night sky.
If you build it, they will come. Customize your own racetrack for different types of vehicles like buggys, hoverpacks and hoverbikes to offer a diverse racing experience. Racers can run practice laps in order to beat the best time or race against other members on the track to place in the top three. Shop racecourse sets, course barriers, course markers and ramps in Shop Central to build the track of your dreams. Our creative Designers have also made specialize tracks and obstacles available in the Auctions.
Holiday Highlight – Northern Lights Community
The Northern Lights Community is kicking off our brand-new Holiday Highlight series this week in the virtual world There.com. This unique neighborhood is made up of ThereHouses and yard PAZes. It’s located atop the Northern Bluff and Tapu Knoll areas of Northern Motu Motu. The townspeople take great pride in the 80-meter landmark bridge constructed and maintained by community members. The Northern Lights Pass connects the separate residential areas high up on the bluffs.
At the center of town is the picture-perfect Northern Lights Christmas Gazebo. Nestled on a snowbank and surrounded by flocked Christmas trees, the gazebo captures the essence of holiday joy and is the shining star of the neighborhood.
There are several inviting game tables set up for members to play cards and socialize with friends. Every Friday evening, the community hosts Comet’s Spades events. All levels of spades players are welcome to join in the fun. Explore the Activities page and sign up for their weekly spades events. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and connect with fellow card players.
Wander through the snow-kissed streets of the Northern Lights Community and enjoy the individuality and creativity of each beautifully curated holiday home. We’ve got good news! Our members have been asking for more affordable 20-Acre Neighborhoods since the dawn of New There and we are excited to announce that we have released a limited amount of smaller hoods that will be available in the Auctions over the next few weeks.
We’ve removed some of the larger 100-Acre Neighborhoods and replaced them with a couple of 20-Acre hoods to increase our small hood supply. There are now just shy of a dozen new small waterfront Neighborhoods spread throughout Aurora, Kansas and Comet with one unique landlocked lavender field 20-Acre hood on Aurora.
All of the new waterfront hoods have a rental due date of June 9th. We will be releasing them a few at a time over the next four weeks into our Neighborhood Auctions. Keep an eye out on our blog for Auction announcements for the 20-Acre hoods.
If you’re interested in one of our 45-Acre private Islands or a spacious 100-Acre hood, send a request to feedback@thereinc.com with the doid to the hood you are interested in and we’ll place it in the Auctions for you so that you can bid on it. Are you a trivia or game show enthusiast who is always yelling out the right answers at the television set, yet never recognized by others as an amazing arsenal of random information? FunZones are like big parks in There where you can hold events and invite your friends and fellow Thereians. We’ve recently gone through and lowered the rental rates for several FunZones! Half of the FunZone sale inventory is already gone! Grab one while they’re still available. These affordable FunZones are located in many different areas in-world and offer different types of terrain to build on.

Ash Field FunZone located in North Cangrejo costs 35,000T per month and is a great location for a paintball match, party or big event.
Banded Rock is located in South Cangrejo and costs 35,000T per month. The dry winds and rock terrain make for a fun paintball match.
Blue Vista located in South Cangrejo has a monthly rental fee of 35,000T. The flat desert terrain allows for easy builds. You can’t beat the big blue skies in this neck of the woods.
